Re: Question about gas

Well, read the following article and IMHO Cessna (Textron) has finally given the go ahead to provide what I believe will create a need for Unleaded fuel at airports. Since there are so many 172 & 182s out there, I would think that we might start seeing more availability of 91UL and/or 94UL. :mrg...

I would think it is correct considering the source but I would still like to #slingsupport to validate the data. If that is the case, I most likely will not opt for the ...

Fuel Capacity - Mains, new mains & Long Range?

Greetings gentlemen, As many of you have already seen in previous posts (Weight & Balance AFT CG Concerns), I built an Excel Spreadsheet to explore the airplane's AFT CG issues. One of the solution is to have as much fuel (forward CG) on board. However, there is a rumour that starting in March 2...

Thank you ever so much for posting those pictures! I really like how it blends in nicely and does not destroy the beautiful nose intake look. Awesome!! :D

Re: External Alternator - 2 Reasons why

Thank you for sharing the information! By the way, when the kit comes in, would be mind posting a picture of the modified cowling? I don't think anyone in the Forum has one or seen one yet. Cheers! FYI, I am the Canadian Builder that Adam referred to above. I have the External Alternaster and modifi...

Re: Static Wicks (dischargers) Installation #slingsupport

Thank you ever so much for the details! Mike I haven't seen any static wicks on any Slings yet and for any planning IFR in precipitation, those are pretty well a must. What make/models of static wicks are planned? How many installed? If installed on flight controls, those would have to be bonded (wi...
