Backup power for trim and flaps

Hello all. I have just about finished with my avionic / electrical design for my TSi. I think I am going to have to create an 'essential' bus with diodes from the main bus and the backup battery system (IBBS) in order to run the flaps and trim through a Garmin GAD27. Has anyone come up with better solution or is backup trim and flap power necessary in the first place?

Actually on the same vane - what about the prop power?

I'm not sure how much amps you can safely pull from the IBBS battery, it's really intended to provide power to the displays so that you can keep the main battery to provide power for the other critical systems that keep the engine and co running.

So for you to have a total electrical failure you'd have to lose the main alternator, and the second alternator and drain the main battery.
You'd have to be pretty unlucky for all of that to happen and not already be in the process of finding a place to land after one of them fails.
