Stick grip

I find the G205 stick grip a bit cumbersome. When trimming fwd it is awkward. Any recommendations on a grip that is more practical.

A lot of people here (myself including) are installing the Tosten Military Style grip, which has a very nice ergonomic feel.

That looks more like it. I will seriously consider this option. I recieve my sling 2 shortly and would like to upgrade the grip. Is it reasonably easy to install and does it include the same options such as TRIM and CWS

Yes, it has all the various options like momentary switches (for trim and such) or permanent switches, you just configure it on the website and they will build it as you want it. It also has the option for a thumb-rest and hand-rest.
The installation is basically just a different screw to hold it in place on top of the control stick, so should be pretty simple.
