Rotax Electric pump failures

Guys, I'm planning on building a TSi soon, In the mean time, I have been flying a VANS RV-12iS I recently completed, that uses a Rotax 912iS engine (similar to the 915iS but not Turbo).
Unfortunately, in less than 15 hours flight time I have had the electric pumps fail (as of yesterday) 4 times! This after I replace the original pumps due to a Rotas mandatory SB. (so a total of 5x replacements)
Lockwood Aviation has verified the failures and replaced the pumps (at no cost), but so far I have not received a root cause analysis on the failures.

Since the TSi uses the SAME electric pumps, I'm getting concerned with this.
Has anyone had any issues with the electric fuel pumps?

Suggestions? Alternatives? How can I escalate this to Rotax?
Best regards
A

Please do share the results!

Is it from contamination leading to mechanical failure of the pump or was it an electrical failure of the motor or something else? Sounds isolated.

Fuel is clean, Electric is fine. Filters are clean and filtering.
Not isolated, new pumps have failed 5 times in less than 15 hours engine time.
So far no Root Cause Analysis from Lockwood Aviation, the South Florida Rotax Service center.

I will post once more information becomes available.

I had 3 pumps fail on a car build I was doing - turns out there was a pinching of fuel lines and fuel starvation to the pump that burnt them out ...
