Sling Tail Dragger Options/Ordering

Thought I would start sharing some information so others seeking same build are in the know. I will update as I experience the process. (USA orders via TAF).
- The taildragger requires (not an option) an addition $11,450 because it is the Beringer system—wheels, brakes, axles, spacers. This will bring your undercarriage kit cost to $26,020. Main tires are 21", 800-6. The Beringer brake system is 4 brake actuators, one for each pedal. Beringer kit SSN01(A). I was unable to get reply from Sling in regards to ordering brake/wheel system directly from Beringer.
- The tail wheel is a modified Alaska Gear co wheel.
- I am doing the full build non-quickbuild but I was given the option to receive parts in a 20' container direct from South Africa or delivery truck from Torrence (quoted similar price ~$6500 - ~$7000).
- After your purchase agreement and deposit, you will receive access to Quickbase app where you can track production/delivery progress.
