There have been several times I look at the build manual, scratch my head, and say, "this is not what I have"
My canopy is now an additional one... Here is the 'preliminary' manual for the gas strut application. Please note the lack of a measurement for the placement of the lower gas strut attachment.

Re: New Canopy Strut Design
Hi guys
The struts need to be attached to the doors. Place a spacer of approximately 50mm between the doors and tape them together to hold them open. Bolt the aluminum angle brackets to the bottom of each strut and position them inside the canopy. Mark and drill the holes in the canopy. The holes must be in the center of the lip where the door seals are fitted. The door seal requires a cut-out to allow space for the nuts.
Some of the older TSI canopies were made with a composite stub on the inside of the canopy where the lower end of the gas strut needs to attach.
These canopies do not requires the aluminum angel bracket.
The WIP TSI canopy manual will be available today on Dropbox with more detail of the gas strut installation.

Re: New Canopy Strut Design
Is there a setting that I need for Dropbox to ensure that I am seeing any new files that are being posted? For instance, my Canopy Kit KAI on Dropbox says it was updated on 3/6/2020. Is that correct?

Looks like you can turn on notifications at the Dropbox layer on the local systems as per the Dropbox help here https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billi ... ed-changes
