The rear spar attach points for the cables are just out of reach for the cables themselves - I cannot get the bolt though the hole as the cable is just not long enough - though barely not so. Should I hog out the attach-point holes in the fuselage using a drill, or perhaps use smaller diameter bolts. Obviously, these are critical for suspending the plane in a chute deployment, so I want to be safe. But I have tried all other avenues to get the bolts through and there just is not enough slack in the cables - both sides of fuselage.
