6 foot 2 in, 270lbs

Post by Goran »

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I am visiting Oshkosh this year and have arranged for a demo flight in Sling TSi and RV-10. After Oshkosh I'll make my final decision on which one of the two airplanes I will build.

As the title of this topic says, I am a fat person. :) I wonder, if there is anybody out there flying Sling TSi that is approximately my height and weight? Is the cab comfortable for two, three hours flight for the person of my dimensions?

Thanks,

Hi, Goran I am 6 foot 4 in 275 lbs. I have not flown the TSI for hours and hours, but I can say I flew off some time in a Sling 4. One day I did 8 plus hours to complete the phase one fly off time. One pit stop to upload fuel and download coffee. The aircraft is very comfortable. Hope this helps enjoy the demo flight.

What was the outcome of the demo flights? I am 6'3 and want to understand the comfort comparison to the RV10 for both front and rear passengers. Would it fit four 6 foot occupants like the RV10?
