Been reading about the countersinking from Phil. 120 degree is best. Question though. Right out of the gate, Horizontal stabilizer. 8 holes on each side. The 120 degree countersink bit I can find online is too large for these holes. What did everyone else use? 100 degree on these?
Two part 4's page 3 of the Empennage manual Revision 3.2.

Work a treat, include sizes to suit all 4 standard rivet sizes. I would suggest using with a countersink stop tool.

Ah figured it out at least for this part. Of course had to enlarge the current holes. So the #30 works fine on these.
