Front wheel inner tube fitting with the bent valve.

I could not figure out how to assemble the front wheel inner tube fitting with the bent valve. The bent valve does not fit around the 2 holes in the wheel rim.
However, some of the other builders gave me the golden tip.
Remove the inner steel plate from inside the half rim, slide the bent valve and put the inner steel plate back in position.
This inner steel plate looks like it is not a separate part but it is and with a nylon hammer you can hammer it out carefully. You can also use a PVC pipe to knock it out.
After this steel plate has been removed it is easy to fit the inner tube. Then re-assemble the inner steel plate and you are done.
