Not sure how I missed this one - sorry for the delay in the response.
The Tsi does not have a header tank. As for the dihedral on the HW - I'm not sure how much difference there is, but the Tsi definitely doesn't start reading anything other than full until about the 16/18 gallon mark...

Re: Wing Skin Rivet Holes
As long as the holes are lining up to get a cleco in and it's just a matter of the rivets not going in, when you're using the 3.2/3.5mm drill bit, it should feel like it's passing through without resistance, but it actually is doing something. When I was building I would keep a drill bit handy when ...

Re: Estimated Average Build Times and Order
I can't tell you exactly how many hours, but I can tell you that from the flat kit first arrival to first flight for me was 3 years to the month. Re: New HW builder in Washington state
Hi Dave, Welcome to the building group - you're gonna have a blast! This might be a bit of a stretch, but reach out to Synergy Air (https://synergyair.com/all-classes/category/fundamentals/) and see if they are doing any courses in their Bend location. Re: Skin dimpling
Hmm. I’d have to go back and watch his videos to see about the 90 degree thing. If it’s the parts I’m thinking of it’s probably the corners of the wings/empennage where the metal is already got a significant bend for the leading edges. There shouldn’t be any parts you should have to bed 90 degrees o...

Re: Mandatory Inspection and Replacement of Oil Spray Nozzle for ROTAX® Engine Types 912 i, 915 i, and 916 i (Series)
If your engine serial number is in the range then it's mandatory... but you're a lucky one in that your engine is still in the box. The mounted engines are going to be a huge PITA to service.
