I’m building a sling 4. I’m getting close to sealing the fuel tank. I’ve seen a few people mention you can do the leak test by filling the tank with water. Im just curious if anyone has tried this method and what were your steps? Thanks!

Where’s a good place to buy rivets? Just from the factory?

What’s the best way to drill out rivets? What size drill bits do you guys use?

Thanks for the info guys. It’s a hard topic with so many different opinions. I don’t think I’m gonna prime, my workspace just isn’t ideal for priming and the sling will be hangared. Still a tough decision, anyway thanks again for the replies.

Just curious how many builders have decided not to prime? And why? I’m starting sling 4 and have gone back and forth. Thank you.
