Pitot Tubes - 1 vs 2

When designing your setup will you use 1 or 2 pitot tubes for redundancy? I'm planning on 2 unless I hear a good reason otherwise. I have not seen this discussed before and wonder why? Seems like one of those things you can't afford to loose. You can do pretty much anything else on a iPhone or iPad....

How hard is it to find 91 Octane Mogas on an airfield across the US? Since the Rotax engine runs cleaner and has 1/2 the maintenance on 91 Mogas, why would you run 100LL in these engine? All very good points and i agree. Much better for a high wing.

Maybe add jumbo wheel pants....Would be easy to make them too.
