For consistency, have others used a drill press where possible rather than a hand drill with the micro-stop tool? One more thing to add about using 100LL when Mogas isn’t available is to consider using a Fuel additive like Decalin to reduce the impact of the Lead since the Rotax engine really prefers running on Mogas.
