Re: Battery recharging
So if I attach my 12v trickle charger direct to battery terminals and charge just like I would to my vehicle battery that would work. !
If so that is great news.
So, do I have to disconnect the terminals, then charge battery or can I just connect d I rect to respective battery terminals.

Re: Battery recharging
The charger also depends on the type of battery you have: lithium ion vs agm/pc1100/650
But yes you can plug it on with everything attached and it will keep it charged for months … although I recommend flying it atleast once a week

Much appreciated for your info. Tks
Re: Battery recharging
Battery Minder product has worked very well for me. It does not recharge a dead battery and is not a ground power unit. It is designed to maintain a working battery. Keep it plugged in while the plane is parked and your battery will last a long time. Especially helpful during the cold months. Battery Tender product seems similar but I have not used it.
