Wing control tubes - question on installation

I'm working on my wings for the Tsi build and am waiting on the torque tube to be delivered. In flipping through the build manual I'm trying to sort out how or when the other control tubes (I'm guessing?) go into the wing. From the build manual I can see the torque tube but I don't see any section on what or how something gets connected to the bell crank in the wing.

Am I missing something?

Now I feel like I read the last chapter in the book to see how the story ends.

Strange this isn't installed during the wing build since it'd be easier to fiddle with all the parts at that time.... but eh - o.k.
