On the TSi - are the inside side skins structural? If I installed them with rivnuts and screws would it affect the structural integrity of the plane? (I am looking to make them removable for inspection purposes - particularly for evidence of corrosion or insect/rodent infestation)

Inside Skins
Re: Inside Skins
I know that Evan in the build videos has the section that joins the front/aft portion of the inside skins setup with rivnuts - the rest are with rivets. I'm curious about this as well.
Plus the inside front left side of my skin really didn't align well and has some slack in the skin in the middle portion.

Re: Inside Skins
Hi guys
The inside side skins are not structural. Fitting them with rivnuts and screws wont affect the structural integrity of the fuselage.
