Drilling rivets

What’s the best way to drill out rivets? What size drill bits do you guys use?

I found this trick from another builder that works pretty well to use the center punch.

So first you want to drill out the head, I use the same size drill bit as the rivet, and then I use the center punch to push through the rest that is still in the hole (just make sure to hold your hand on the other side to catch it if you can, so it doesn't fly across the room.
